ประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ภาค 3 ลหุโทษ

ภาค ๓ ลหุโทษ                    มาตรา ๓๖๗    ผู้ใดเมื่อเจ้าพนักงานถามชื่อหรือที่อยู่ เพื่อปฏิบัติการตามกฎหมายไม่ยอมบอก หรือแกล้งบอกชื่อหรือที่อยู่อันเป็นเท็จ   ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท [ อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ] มาตรา ๓๖๘    ผู้ใดทราบคำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงานซึ่งสั่งการตามอำนาจที่มีกฎหมายให้ไว้ ไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งนั้นโดยไม่มีเหตุหรือข้อแก้ตัวอันสมควร   ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสิบวัน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ถ้าการสั่งเช่นว่านั้น เป็นคำสั่งให้ช่วยทำกิจการในหน้าที่ของเจ้าพนักงานซึ่งกฎหมายกำหนดให้สั่งให้ช่วยได้   ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ [ อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา (ฉบับที่ ๒๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ] มาตรา ๓๖๙     ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ประกาศ ภาพ...

ภาค ๒ ความผิด                    ลักษณะ ๑ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับความมั่นคงแห่งราชอาณาจักร                    หมวด ๑ ความผิดต่อองค์พระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท และผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์                    มาตรา ๑๐๗    ผู้ใดปลงพระชนม์พระมหากษัตริย์ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน ผู้ใดกระทำการใดอันเป็นการตระเตรียมเพื่อปลงพระชนม์พระมหากษัตริย์ หรือรู้ว่ามีผู้จะปลงพระชนม์พระมหากษัตริย์ กระทำการใดอันเป็นการช่วยปกปิดไว้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตลอดชีวิต มาตรา ๑๐๘    ผู้ใดกระทำการประทุษร้ายต่อพระองค์ หรือเสรีภาพของพระมหากษัตริย์ ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำการเช่นว่านั้น ต้องระวางโทษเช่นเดียวกัน ถ้าการกระทำนั้นมีลักษณะอันน่าจะเป็นอันตรา...
